Season 3 of Ginny & Georgia was released over the summer but I’m just getting a chance to review it. After binge watching it, here are my thoughts:
Ginny & Georgia – one of Netflix’s most watched teen shows – is the perfect teen drama show, with plot twists and a unique story.
If you’re familiar, Georgia Miller struggles with severe trauma from her past, early motherhood, and anxiety. Ginny is her 16-year-old daughter who struggles with mental health issues. Ginny deals with friendship drama, crushes, arguments and figuring out where she belongs.
Season 3 is full of drama and emotional moments. Ginny struggles with a lot this season, especially with her friendships and relationship with her mom, Georgia. Ginny discovers her mom’s secrets about her past that will change her life forever.
She tries her best to help Georgia escape from going to jail, they both deal with so much it makes it hard to stop watching the show. Another big part of this season is Ginny’s friendships; she and Maxine, her best friend, aren’t as close anymore. They both grew apart and that caused drama between them.
Overall, Season 3 had very emotional and interesting scenes. It was my favorite season out of all. I also loved the characters, I feel like they made Ginny & Georgia even better.
