Celebration season is in full swing and this week JHop scholars joined in on the fun during Spirit Week.
Sponsored by the Student Government Association, Spirit Week featured a different theme each day. Things kicked off on Monday with students wearing silly and crazy socks. Some wore socks with brights colors or silly designs and patterns.
Tuesday was twin day. Although you still had to be in uniform, students still found ways to match their friends. You could find many groups of friends in matching uniforms.
On Wednesday, students represented their grade level. Each student could wear a colored shirt that matched what grade they were in. Sixth grade was black, seventh grade was purple and green, and eighth graders wore orange.
Teachers joined in the fun on Thursday and dressed like students, while students ditched their uniforms and dressed as teachers.
Scholars today can wear a fall or Halloween-themed shirt with jeans. And while spooky season is acknowledged, sorry kids, no costumes!
