The Oculus Quest shows off advanced VR video games.

Just in case we have to go into complete lockdown again, here’s a top Five list of gadgets and gizmos that will make life at home more bearable. The list isn’t in any order, so you decide which is best for you.

  1. Riptunes Portable Tower speaker

Want to get groovy to some music and a light show? Then this is the speaker for you. The lights move with the music and it only costs $25 on the Riptunes website or $35 at Walmart. Very sus, Walmart. 

  1. Tamagotchi 

If you want to know what it’s like to have a pet, this little handheld device is the best way to go. Actually, even if you already have a pet, these awesome little pets are lots of fun. They cost anywhere from $10 upwards, and give you a sense of responsibility. They have many types of pets such as dragons, dogs, cats, unicorns and more.                                   

  1. Amazon Fire TV Cube

For about $100 you can have a virtual assistant and a TV box with all the best streaming companies like Netflix, HBO and Hulu and more. You can watch shows and movies just by talking. What more do you need?

  1. Oculus Quest VR headset

If you thought the original Oculus Go was amazing, this headset has all the same features, except for $50 more the Oculus Quest has the gaming capabilities that Oculus Go lacks. Priced around $400.                            

  1. Oculus Go VR headset 

This is a slightly less expensive headset of the Facebook-owned VR company Oculus, priced at about $350, this is a great starter to enter the VR world. You can watch movies as if you were at a cinema, watch a basketball game and feel like you’re courtside, and play a select few games.
